Xelera Communication offers its customers comprehensive web solutions with a focus on E-Commerce, Web Publishing, Home Pages, Internet Marketing and E-mail Marketing.

We were looking for skilled Developers with background in Drupal that despite the complexity of our product quickly could learn it. After the initial contact to Ciklum we felt comfortable that they could help us find such candidates and we started the hiring process. From there on we hired two developers and went to Dnepropetrovsk for the start up with them. In Dnepropetrovsk we meet the whole Ciklum support team that is there to help new clients to get a smooth start up, which was a good part of us feeling more confident that we could do outsourcing and remote collaboration with success.

SCRUM is the base for our development processes and we have found this to be beneficial, since it provides transparency over the distance and further we find that it helps the team to stay motivated and focused. Even though we had a mismatch with one of the first developers we hired, Ciklum helped us handle this and found a replacement in a way that have meant that we have only had a small disruption in our daily work because of this.

The continued and future success of our team we contribute to having a team leader in Dnepropetrovsk that we trust to help us share the product knowledge to new team members. This has also made the decision to further expand the team with an additional member a lot easy.
