About Ebuilders-Ciklum Partnership
During the start-up phase of the ebuilders-Kiev team, I was pleased to receive regular follow-up calls and e-mails from the CSC department. During several face-to-face meetings with the CSC team we were able to jointly identify areas of improvement and implement working methods which enabled our Kiev-based team to work efficiently and effectively. I am pleased to know that we can always draw on the near-shoring experience & expertise available at CSC, allowing us to fully focus on the commercial side of our business in the Netherlands.Regarding our cost saving I would say we experience nearly 50% cost savings on our Ukrainian team, compared to Dutch professionals with the same skills.

Using Peak Resources
Ebuilders wanted to develop a web-based application, to track internal project costs and revenues. At the time, internal resources were not available to develop this application. Based on a project description provided by ebuilders, Peak Resources managed to find suitable candidates within a period of a week. After screening their profiles, remote interviews were conducted through VOIP and a candidate was selected by ebuilders. Subsequenlty, the candidate we selected proposed a project planning and a fixed budget, which was approved by ebuilders. The candidate then succeeded in developing the application within the project period and budget and provided additional support to implement Change Requests, after the initial delivery. During the project period, Peak Resources constantly monitored the project progress, kept ebuilders informed at all times and provided instant support when requested.
The temporary "peak-resouce" solution offered by Peak Resources has proven its effectiveness to ebuilders and we will surely return, when the need arises.
