On November 20th – 21st, Ciklum has conducted a 2 days training event for project managers and team leads, since they handle day-to-day communication with the clients and drive product development process. The purpose of the training was to share knowledge and experience, to discuss outstanding issues and their solutions, to meet clients and listen to their opinion on outsourcing, and to sharpen PMs soft management skills. Ciklum will continue facilitating dialogue between Ciklum leaders to refine their response to the job challenges, generate and utilize opportunities for projects expansion and increase level of our teams' responsibility. Thus Ciklum PM Camp is intended to be a traditional semiannual event. Values gained during the event include:
